In 2010, he found Shenzhen Siken 3D Digitizing Co., Ltd, which is a specialized manufacturer integrating R&D, production and sale, with main product series of beauty-care products, such as intelligent negative ion beauty massagers, intelligent ultrasonic beauty massagers, multifunctional foot massagers, magic anion beauty stimulators, anti-wrinkle devices and skin water detectors.

Siken is working with more than 20 clients from Europe and Asia. Big partners include Lancome, Elizabeth Arden, MaryKay, Herbaline, GEZA Tone, Ilift, Watsons, and Tiens. The sales revenue exceeded USD4 million in 2006, with a 100% increase from the previous year.

Owning to Mr. Liao s outstanding personal achievements as a medical expert, he has strong personal connection with China′s most authoritative and most influential research institutions and get abundant support from them as well. As a result, Siken′s15 engineers are working closely with Tsinghua University and Guangzhou University for technology improvements, which enable Siken to pursue excellent quality and position the top-grade products with most competitive price.
